Jin Shin Jyutsu® physio-philosophy is a powerful Japanese art form of Harmonizing Life Energy in the body.   It can reduce stress, relieve physical ailments and target emotional dis-ease.  Light touch is applied to areas of the body to release tension and increase energy flow and circulation.  Drift off into a meditative state while your body's innate wisdom helps you heal.


Yoga & Massage Therapy

Yoga will bring sensation into your body that you may have never felt before.  Yoga postures or "asana" target various muscle groups to simultaneously strengthen and lengthen.  Expect a slow warm up of gentle movements followed by longer held poses that may challenge your sense of balance, strength and attention span.  The end of the practice will bring you into a deeply relaxed state, you might even fall asleep!  Remember, Yoga is a preventative approach as well as an active method to affect the whole person.  Over time it assists the body's natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself.

Did you know you can try a different type of meditation every day for a month?  Find the type of meditation that suits your current needs.  Experience movement meditation, sitting meditation and guided meditation.  Together we will understand and explore the meditation practice that will best help you to reduce stress, physically relax and gain mental clarity.
